Terms for accessing Intelligent websites, public content and digital interfaces.
1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms describe conditions for using Intelligent’s public website and general digital interfaces. Use must comply with applicable law. Accounts, transactions and regulated services, if offered, are governed by their separately accepted terms.
2. Information on the website
Product descriptions, market commentary, whitepapers, educational materials, research, performance illustrations and AI-generated responses are provided for general information unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific service agreement. They may be incomplete, approximate, delayed or subject to change. They are not a public offer of a financial product in a jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful.
