Your information, your choices and the limits that apply to data requests.
1. Data management
Intelligent may process personal data to operate websites, respond to enquiries and support available services. The types of data and responsible organisations depend on the product or interaction. Information required by financial regulation, security investigations or contractual obligations may be subject to additional controls.
2. Access and correction
Where applicable law provides the right, you may ask whether personal information about you is being processed and request access to it. You may also request the correction of inaccurate information. We may need to verify identity before responding in order to protect personal data.
3. Deletion and restriction
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may request that information be erased, that its processing be restricted or that certain uses stop. These rights are not absolute. Information may need to be retained for recordkeeping, compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling or other lawful purposes.
4. Portability, objection and consent
Where supported by applicable law, you may request a usable copy of certain information, object to particular processing, or withdraw consent for activities that depend on it. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing previously carried out lawfully and may affect services that require the information.
5. AI-assisted processing
Some Intelligent features may process submitted information with analytical or AI-assisted systems. Such outputs should be reviewed with appropriate care. Rights relating to profiling or automated decisions, where applicable, depend on the law and the actual service.
6. Submitting a request
Send privacy and data-rights enquiries through the contact options on intelllgent.com or the relevant account interface. Explain the request and identify the service concerned. The treatment of a request, including identity checks, exceptions and response deadlines, depends on applicable law and the relevant organisation. Where a supervisory complaint right applies, you may also contact the competent data-protection authority.
