The process defined for this phase begins with the client’s investment objective and moves step by step toward a designed portfolio, using inputs such as economic data, asset pools, asset allocation logic, and optimization methods.

That distinction matters because one of the biggest structural weaknesses in traditional portfolio operations is not simply the lack of automation. It is the difficulty of delivering personalization at scale. Many firms do not have the operational capacity to build genuinely tailored portfolios for a growing number of clients while also reviewing them continuously over time.
